Putzmeister P715 concrete pump
The P 715 pump is a perfect combination of a proven technical solution and a well-thought-out design. In this case, for the first time it was possible to
install an efficient mechanical system, which is used worldwide in thousands of large Putzmeister concrete pumps, in such a small space.
P 715 is a very versatile pump. It presses and sprays concrete with a grain size of up to 16 mm. This gives it a great advantage over other pumping systems. Screw pumps and most piston pumps, for example, can only pump material with a grain size of up to approx. 8 mm. The P 715 pump has a so-called automatic seal. In addition, very thin fluids, such as sludge or liquid screed, can be pumped without any problems in this system. Thanks to its excellent sealing, it prevents extrusion of the material and reduces the risk of clogging. Thanks to these properties, the P 715 pump fills the current gap between screw pumps and small piston pumps and large concrete pumps.
The entire system is designed in such a way that it is reliable even in heavy continuous operation. When selecting components, we made sure to use only elements that are very durable and have a long service life. This reduces wear and tear, which in turn reduces costs and machine downtime.
The high-performance piston pump from Putzmeister, for example, has hard-chrome-plated cylinders. The patented automatic ring on the S-tube switch self-tightens and thus automatically compensates for any wear that occurs.
This beautiful lid also comes from the Mixokret device. It is made entirely of durable but light plastic. Thanks to this, it is characterized not only by low weight, but also by very high stability. It is stainless steel and its good shape speaks for itself.
