Silo mixer m-tec D50
The D50 mixer is equipped with modern polyurethane components that guarantee economical and efficient operation. It is designed for processing dry mortars with a grain size of up to 4 mm and has proven itself on numerous construction sites around the world. The D50 is used for processing masonry and insulation mortars, plaster, screeds or fine-grained concrete.
Equipped with a powerful 4.0 kW motor, the mixer mixes even difficult materials without difficulty. By being built directly on the silo, the mixer forms a single unit with it, which speeds up work on site regardless of weather conditions.
The use of polyurethane elements in the mixing pipe, for example, reduces cleaning efforts. In addition, these modern materials extend the service life and are completely corrosion-resistant. With mixers that can be replaced individually, the D50 can be adapted to almost any material, an invaluable advantage with today's variety of products. For even more perfect mixing of dry mortars, our patented mixing system can be optionally ordered for the D50 mixer.
As with other m-tec products, the D50 is equipped with quick and easy-to-operate locking mechanisms that reduce the time to replace vital components, such as the mixing tube or drive, to a few seconds.
The use of polyurethane materials enables easy cleaning and reduces the amount of adhering material compared to similar parts made of metal. The result: fast and thorough cleaning.
