Horizontal flow mixer PFT LOTUS XL 400 V
With its decisive advantages, the new PFT LOTUS XL flow mixer revolutionises the mixing technology used up to now.
The robust and durable rubber mixing pipe has long proven to be the best way to clean PFT mixers easily and quickly. A special feature is the new, revolutionary dosing and mixing shaft. This shaft is made as a single unit, without the use of an intermediate axis.
This method of construction sets new directions: It is no longer possible to build up cakes and cleaning the appliance is easier and quicker than ever before.
Another great advantage is the rotating dosing segment. If the degree of wear requires replacing the segment, it can be rotated 180° and used a second time.
The PFT LOTUS XL has been developed for the processing of silo and container materials: it mixes continuously and fully automatically any dry mortar manufactured from lime/cement with a grain size of max. 8mm.
On request, the new PFT LOTUS XL flow mixer can be supplied with a 230V or 400V control module.
Application: PFT LOTUS XL mixes continuously and fully automatically all dry mortars produced on the basis of lime/cement, with a grain size of up to 8 mm, such as:
- Adhesive and reinforcing mortars
- Masonry mortars
- Mortars for welds
- Plastering mortars
