Laser sensor Topcon LS-B10
Topcon LSB10 laser sensor is mounted to the blade or boom of the machine, which gives the operator simple messages: e.g. lower the blade, raise the blade, keep it up. Signals are given using coloured LED's or arrows, visible even in the sun. How does the sensor know what to do the operator? He compares his height (and hence the height of the blade) with the ideal reference plane and works correctly to this plane. The effect is that the terrain can be levelled in fewer passes, and more precisely.
