Silo mixing pump SMP-II
Modifying the design of our tried-and-true SMP-FE silo mixing pump, we have taken the excellent two-chamber mixing technique and combined it with easy-to-clean materials such as polyurethane (PU). To further guarantee the best possible mixing, we used our patented mixing principle in the SMP-II-FE and increased the chamber volume by 40%.

SMP-FE has impressed for years with its powerful drive and efficient mixing of dry mortars. This is made possible by m-tec's proprietary double mixing system: two separate mixing zones always guarantee homogeneous mortar consistency, regardless of the wear rate of the auger pump. This technology, combined with our patented immersion system in the SMP-II-FE, enables very good homogeneous mixing. Together with a 40% increase in mixing chamber volume, this results in excellent mortar quality, even for products that are difficult to mix.
In addition to optimum mixing, the handiness of the SMP-II-FE is also delightful, as the polyurethane elements applied to a large part of the surface reduce the adhesion of wet material. Combined with the use of a galvanized steel frame, cleaning and maintenance efforts are kept to a minimum.
In addition, the SMP-II-FE can be fitted with a particularly efficient 9.0 kW drive providing up to 140 l/min*.
With these features, the SMP-II-FE is ready for the challenges of 21st century construction sites.
