The D10-III mixer, a systematically improved version of our D10 mixer, is a favorable choice thanks to its improved mixing quality and easier cleaning. Thanks to the experience gained from its predecessor, which has proven itself in thousands of units, the D10 mixer has been further optimized to meet the requirements of the modern construction site. Thus, in addition to processing classic dry mortars with a grain size of up to 4 mm, it has been specially adapted for fine products with a high plastic content, such as adhesives, filler or leveling compounds and semi-dry synthetic, silicate and silicone plasters.

Thanks to our patented mixing system for optimal material mixing, this unit can handle this variety of products. The D10 mixer is available as a 400V or 230V variant. An inverter installed in the 230V version provides efficient motor control. The D10 can be powered from a standard silo, Piccolo silo or from bags.

The D10 is a remarkable mixer not only for its performance, but also for its easy cleaning and efficient maintenance. The use of polyurethane elements in the mixing tube, reduces cleaning efforts. In addition, these modern materials extend the service life and are completely corrosion-resistant.

Clearly designed controls and the abandonment of unnecessary switches allow the user to operate intuitively. Like many other m-tec units, the D10 mixer is equipped with easy-to-use locking systems that make it easy to replace vital components, such as the mixing tube or mixer drive, within seconds.

The use of polyurethane materials enables easy cleaning and reduces the amount of adhering material compared to similar parts made of metal. The result: fast and thorough cleaning.

Our intelligent machine control technology enables uninterrupted operation with consistent mixing quality. By separating the dry and wet zones, a uniform ratio of dry material and water is achieved.

Our patented mixing system ensures exceptionally high mix quality. Combined with the large capacity of the mixing chamber, the system guarantees optimum working results, even with modern dry mortars.

D10 makes it possible to process all popular and noble dry mortars with a grain size of up to 4 mm. The pinnacle of technical advances in the D10 mixer is the way the material is fed from the dosing zone to the mixing zone: The material is not sprayed with water, as before, but is dosed according to the patented mixing system, poured into the water bath and mixed.
