The m-tec M300 mixing and pumping unit
With its revolutionary technology, the M300 starts a whole new generation of mixing pumps. The secret behind this new technology is our state-of-the-art, patented mixing system, which allows the material to be thoroughly mixed while ensuring a consistent consistency. This eliminates the need for the pump to take on additional mixing tasks and allows it to concentrate on its main task, pumping. The M300 is a remarkable device not only for its performance, but also for its easy cleaning and efficient maintenance. The use of polyurethane elements in the mixing zone reduces cleaning efforts. In addition, these modern materials extend the life and are completely corrosion-resistant.
The clear layout of the control elements and the deliberate abandonment of unnecessary controls guarantee easy operation for the user. Large wheels ensure efficient transportation. In addition, the M300 can be easily moved around the construction site using a crane. If a crane is not available, the M300 can be disassembled into 5 handy parts with a few moves.
On the M300+ version, the built-in error code display and automatic phase sequence recognition function make operation easier. In addition, it is possible to attach an optional inverter for infinitely variable output control.
As with other m-tec products, the M300 pump is equipped with quick and easy-to-operate wedge closures that reduce the time to replace vital components, such as the worm pump or metering motor, to a few seconds.

The M300 is suitable for processing all common dry mortars with a grain size of up to 4 mm. The pinnacle of the M300 pump's technical achievement is the way the material is fed from the dosing zone to the mixing zone: the material is not sprayed with water, as before, but is dosed according to a patented mixing system, poured into a water bath and mixed. The result: even more thoroughly mixed building materials and full effectiveness of the additives. All this is a guarantee of first-class material processing.
